Startups working to prevent disease and improve physical ailments, mental health and fitness are among the nine selected chosen from more than 300 applicants in the latest intake of the HCF Catalyst accelerator program.

Cardihab was one of 246 applications from staff to participate in the CSIRO's inaugural AcceleratiON accelerator program. "Team Cardihab" comprised Dr Marlien Varnfield, Leonore Ryan, Satu Marjomaa and Simon McBride.

On completing the program, CSIRO decided to incorporate and incubate Cardihab Pty Ltd as part of Strategy 2020: Australia’s Innovation Catalyst.
