Celebrating Leadership in MedTech

Cardihab is proud to celebrate our own digital health leader, Helen Souris (CEO), who is a finalist for the 2025 Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA) Women in MedTech Individual Champion Award. This recognition highlights her outstanding leadership and the collective effort of the Cardihab team in advancing diversity, equity and inclusion across the MedTech and DigitalHealth sectors.

About the MTAA Women in MedTech Awards

The MTAA Women in MedTech mission is to proactively support gender diversity within the medical technology industry, creating an environment where women can unlock their full potential. By spotlighting role models and changemakers, the program fuels momentum for a more inclusive, innovative MedTech ecosystem.

The Individual Champion Award

This award honours an individual who has delivered significant impact in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion within MedTech. It recognises leaders whose advocacy, mentorship, and strategic vision open doors for under-represented voices across research, regulation, and commercialisation.

Spotlight on Helen Souris

Helen’s leadership at Cardihab exemplifies how regulatory excellence and inclusive practice go hand in hand. Key achievements include:

 Her ability to translate compliance into competitive advantage has opened new markets and set a benchmark for digital cardiac rehabilitation.
