Cardihab is proud to celebrate our own digital health leader, Helen Souris (CEO), who is a finalist for the 2025 Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA) Women in MedTech Individual Champion Award. Helen’s leadership at Cardihab exemplifies how regulatory excellence and inclusive practice go hand in hand. Key achievements include:
- Advancing a CSIRO research-originated innovation into an ARTG listed digital therapeutic three years ahead of incoming regulations
- Embedding DE&I principles into our strategy and ecosystem design to ensure scalable, accessible solutions
- Fostering a culture of collaborative leadership and team diversity across Cardihab
- Advocating for equitable pathways in cardiovascular disease prevention and management
Her ability to translate compliance into competitive advantage has opened new markets and set a benchmark for digital cardiac rehabilitation.
