What are Cardiac Care Programs?

For people who have recently experienced a cardiac event or procedure, or who have been identified as at high risk of developing heart disease, completing a quality Cardiac Rehabilitation or Prevention program is an important step to help you manage your risk factors and reduce the chances of a heart event.
